    • Decide on a venue that fits the budget and guest list. Options could include a restaurant, backyard, event hall, churches, and homes.

  4. Compile the Guest List:

    • Create your guest list.

    • Design & send out the invitations well in advance, including RSVP details.

  7. Plan the Menu:

  8. Arrange Decorations:

  9. Organize any Entertainment:

    • Decide on entertainment options such as music, games, or speeches. Need some help or inspiration?

  10. Prepare a Timeline:

    • Create a schedule for the party, including arrival times, speeches, and any other planned activities. If you choose Hatfield's catering, we can create this timeline for you. You can print it from your client portal. Just let us know if you need a party timeline, and we will schedule a call and get it all down for you.

  11. Purchase Supplies:

    • Buy any necessary supplies such as plates, cups, napkins, & utensils. for fun custom items check these out!

  12. Confirm Vendors:

    • Confirm arrangements with the venue, catering, entertainment, & any other vendors.

  13. Finalize Details:

    • Double-check all arrangements & make any necessary last-minute adjustments.

  14. Set Up & Decorate:

    • Arrange for the venue to be decorated and set up according to the plan.

  15. Coordinate Day- Of Tasks:

    • Assign tasks to helpers for greeting guests, managing the guest book, & overseeing the flow of the party.

  16. Enjoy the Party:
